Donate a Zwift Log.txt to help improve Bluetooth, Direct Connect, FPS, graphics and hardware diagnostics. Ordinary log analysis stays on your device. Donations are a separate, optional action.
Privacy before you donate
RideScope automatically removes known personal identifiers and discards unrecognised non-course text in your browser. The server sanitises and validates it again before storing anything. Complete anonymisation cannot be guaranteed: hardware combinations and diagnostic patterns may still be identifying.
Retained: supported connection events and error codes, FPS samples, recognised CPU/GPU model families, graphics profile, resolution, software versions and relative timing, trainer manufacturers/models and Zwift GPS, virtual-world coordinates, routes and position data. Route/location data helps compare performance across courses and is retained, including ambiguous GPS in Zwift logs. Explicitly real-world GPS, phone/device GPS and home-location records are omitted. Unknown non-course lines, custom device names, absolute dates, addresses, account details, tokens and personal paths are omitted. This conservative process can lose useful diagnostic detail.
Purpose: maintainers use donated diagnostics to develop and test RideScope. Sanitised text and minimal consent metadata (random receipt, receipt time, notice version and expiry) are stored privately on the RideScope server. Original filenames and IP addresses are not stored with donations. Donations are not publicly browsable or downloadable. No third-party analytics or upload service is used.

Keep your receipt for deletion requests; do not send your raw log in a request. Proxy and hosting logs can record IP addresses and request times separately. Maintainers must configure their retention and backups. See the full limitations and data handling notice.
